01 / Reality
Sound familiar?
Validated idea
I need a solid MVP to test the market. Built right, the first time.
Stuck on a prototype
It works in the demo. I just don't know if it survives a real customer.
Solid & secure?
It runs. But is it secure? Would it hold real users and real data?
Either way, you want the same thing: a SaaS you truly own, that customers can rely on.
02 / Solution
What “production-grade” actually means.
The gap between a demo that works once and software that holds up when real customers arrive comes down to four things.
Tests + CI/CD
Change one thing without breaking another.
Monitoring + alerts
You hear about problems before your customers do.
Security
The gaps an AI-built v1 leaves open, closed.
03 / Ownership
What you own
I don't host. I don't rent. I don't babysit. You own everything.
The code
Your repo, your IP, from day 1. No transfer drama at the end.
The infrastructure
Your AWS, Vercel, Supabase. You hold the accounts, you control them.
The AI keys & tokens
Your Anthropic / OpenAI accounts. Your spend, your limits, your control.
The data
Your database, your users. I have no access after handover.
04 / Offers
Software that survives your first paying customer.
A senior engineer in Western Europe costs €8k to €12k a month, and you spend months hiring first. An agency wraps a junior team in account managers you pay for but never code with. With me: one senior engineer, one fixed price, a direct line. No hiring, no middle layer, no surprise invoices. Every engagement starts with a free 30-minute call.
In production
The same playbook I run for clients.

07 / About
The person you'll work with.
Software engineer with 10 years of production experience. Founder of 3 SaaS products. Backend and infrastructure specialist. I prefer building over talking about building.
No team to hand off to. The same hands that ship Calendbook will ship your MVP.
08 / FAQ
Frequently asked.
The questions founders ask before booking the call. If yours isn't here, ask it on the call, that's what it's for.
Do I own the code? +
Yes. From day 1, in your repo, no IP transfer drama at the end. The same applies to your AWS / Vercel / Supabase accounts and your AI keys, everything stays under your control.
What if my scope changes mid-project? +
Small adjustments are absorbed. Bigger scope changes get a separate quote, never silently absorbed, never silently inflated.
What happens after we ship? +
Most founders want a senior engineering brain to stay reachable after launch, for the first production bugs, the next-step calls, the vendor decisions. That's what Aftercare is for: a monthly retainer for code-health, test expansion, CI tweaks, and advisory. Most Aftercare clients start as MVP clients.
What stack do you use? +
Default: Next.js + Postgres + AWS or Vercel. I'll suggest variations only if your case justifies it. The goal is the right tool, not a stack flex.
What if I'm unhappy after the first weeks? +
Phased payment is 30% at kickoff, the rest milestone-based after each delivery. If we're misaligned early, we stop early, and you only pay for what shipped.
Do you sign NDAs? +
Yes. Mutual NDA available before any deep-dive call.
How fast can you start? +
Usually a 1-3 week lead time. Booking the intro call is the first step.
